Matt and Alicia began Pemi Valley Excavating in 2021.  Matt began running equipment as a kid in southern New Hampshire and has turned it into his career with over 14 years of experience. He has worked for large excavating companies on commercial and residential jobs throughout New England.  In 2014, they moved to the White Mountains to enjoy the best the state has to offer.  Matt’s passion for snowboarding and equipment operations led him to begin grooming at Waterville Valley, where he designs and builds terrain parks.
